Maddie has worked for several years previously at CRC where she trained as a hairdresser with us. On returning to the UK after the birth of her son, she re-joined us as part of the reception team. Having first-hand knowledge about hair aids her in ensuring a warm and efficient conversation with our clients. Maddie has since taken on the role General Manager. She leads the team from both the office and on the salon floor. She is the backbone of the smooth running of CRC.

Having worked for many, many years joining us as an apprentice Matt was the perfect choice to become Head of Colour, after being a Colour Specialist for many years. He has recently taken on the important role of Salon Manager; his gentle nature is reassuring to everyone clients and staff alike. Which ensures that the day to day running of the salon is seamless!

Having worked for the founders for well over 50 years, Wendy is the perfect support to the Salon Manager. She helps to ensure the smooth running of the day to day salon environment with a calm and knowledgeable demeanour.

Having worked with CRC for many years most of you will know Katie as the loving, caring, helpful and accommodating person that she is. She, along with Rachel, leads the Front of House Team.

Joining us as a school leaver Alex has worked hard to progress her skills and becoming a Colour Specialist. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to creating beautiful hair results. She likes all things creative, which helps since becoming a mother! Always on hand to help and support the wider team with anything colour.

We are super happy that Aimee rejoined the CRC Family, after taking time out to have her beautiful children. Aimee is passionate about colour, which is why she became a Colour Specialist and often helps educate the team in all things colour with Matt. Her years of experience help guide the younger members of the team.
